Happiness is something everybody should wish for in their lives. We can do a lot to create our own happiness. The Happiness Journal is intended to help you make being happy a habit and a way of life. Writing about the things that make you happy each day will focus your mind on doing those things. It will help ensure that you spend some time each day doing these enjoyable activities.
To begin, use the Happiness List tab to make a list of things that make you happy. Feel free to change this list whenever you want.
Each day, find a few minutes to write about what you did that makes you happy. Write this down on the Daily Journal tab. Remember, it doesn’t have to be big … it just has to make you happy.
At the end of each month, use the Month Conclusion tab to compare your Happiness List tab to the things you did each day. Did you do enough things to make you happy?
