Kids' Opinion on I Can Be Healthy Through Exercise

I started running everyday, and I feel so much more relaxed about all of the work I have. I also find running helps my focus once I come back. Sarah

What if you feel over weight but know that your not. Just because you don't look like everyone else? How should I try to get over that feeling?

You need to use positive self-talk to help yourself to feel good about yourself. Repeat to yourself you are beuatiful and no words will drag you down like in the song Christina Aquillera sings. Develop a hobby you like and this will make you feel good about yourself. Don't compare yourself in looks with others. Believe in yourself!!

To keep fit or lose weight I have found that working out every day has helped me. Don't skip meals but eat healthy. You will see results. I lost over 15 pounds this way. Don't get side tracked. Keep at it.

So do I. What I do is to try new foods. If u don'tlike it then just spit it out.

I exercise everyday and it makes me feel better and alot less stressed. I go crazy if I don't.
