[Post My Opinion | Post My Question]
How do you not let mistakes make you feel bad? d

I am not letting mistakes I get in tests; bother me as much as before. I used to get so angry when I got something wrong. My mom helped me realize that a mistake can help me learn to get better. I see mistakes in a different way. Everyone makes them. Dara

I get so upset when I make a mistake in a sport. It almost ruins my day. How can I move forward and not take things so seriously?? Help.

It is hard when you make a mistake at a sport's game. You need to remember that no one is perfect and instead of getting mad at yourself , think about the game and what you can do better next time. This reflection is constructive and not destructive.

Always move forward. I made a big mistake not to help out to learn to play. .I figured out it was a big mistake and now I moved on.
