Kids' Opinion on I Can Be Grateful

Everyday in the morning or at night I write down what I have to be positive and grateful for. I just focus on them. I ignore the negative. I used to be down all the time because I just looked at the bad that happened. It does help to change the way you look at things. Dolly

I agree with you. When you force yourself to write down a positive thing that happened during the day, it makes you feel better. It helps you make it through the next tough day.

What has helped me to be happy is to look at what I have and not what i don't have. i used to look at what my friend's had and if I didn't have it, I was jealous and angry. My mom has taught me to look at what I have to be grateful for. Drew

Now , that I write down what I have to be thankful for , I am less stressed and down. Sometimes, you just focus on the negative. David

IF everyday, i write down what I am grateful for , I feel happier and more positive. tOO MANY TIMES, i think about what is going wrong and not what went well.

SINCE THANKS GIVING IS COMING IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT WHAT IM THANKFUL FOR... I AN THANKFUL FOR ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR being THEIR AND THATS ONE OF THE THINGS IM THANKFUL FOR.
